Lake is one of the cleanest Lakes in the state of Wisconsin with a depth
of 80 feet at its deepest point, averaging 55 feet in most areas. Its claim
to fame is its extremely clean, clear, blue water with a 32 foot depth
visibility.
If you like to swim, scuba dive, snorkel, jet ski, water ski, fish (day or
night), boating, golf, hunting, ice fishing, downhill skiing (Nordic
Mountain), cross country ski trails, snow mobile trails, watch the color
changes of the season, or just relax with your family and friends in a
tranquil setting, this is what you have been looking for.
This lovely home is located on the south shore of Gilbert Lake, allowing
sun for half the day and shade in this tranquil cove for the other half. It
is never too quiet where you miss any of the many activities which
Gilbert Lake has to offer. There is a fantastic sandy beach, swim
platform and a 50’ pier to tie up your boat.
The 1500 sq ft of living space is in an “open” design allowing you to see
through the home to the lake below through the floor to ceiling
windows. On a cool evening you will want to start a fire in the wood
burning fireplace in the den while you and your family put together a
puzzle or play a game. Your perfect day ends by sitting on the front deck
with its 3 Tiki torches to keep off any mosquitoes while you look at the
calm water and fire in the open fire pit. All you need to bring are your
clothes and food as we have taken care of everything else. You’re ready
for a wonderful vacation retreat.
